| Sandra McCorgray | ||
Sandra has over 10 years experience in consultancy and training, with specialist knowledge of Human Resources and Contact Centre operations. Through training and coaching, she has helped hundreds of managers, both in the private and public sector, develop and improve the performance of their teams. |
||
| Sandra founded Honeycomb Consulting in 2004
to focus on developing the customer experience in HR Advice and Guidance, building ground-breaking training and development programmes for HR Shared Services to move from service-delivery to value-adding functions. |
||
| Sandra’s passion and belief in designing
practical ‘hits the spot’ training solutions and reinforcing learning with regular ongoing coaching is a particular strength. |

| She is a CIPD member and accredited Business
Coach. Her strong coaching approach in her consultancy work encourages
changes in attitudes, mindsets and challenges existing practices. |
